The Open Letter Challenge

In the game of life there’s a game of love. Whether true or forbidden, we all get the feels. I won’t go so far to say I’ve been bitten by a love bug, but I’ve definitely been scribbling hearts in my journal and reading books on the Law of Attraction for weeks now. It happens to the best of us, but ya girl got it BAD.

Although love and emotions aren’t my cup of Chai, 2019 isn’t the year to hold back. We have to go out there and meet people. We have to love (and get let down) freely, it builds character. What started as another post to my long but meaningful IG stories turned my secret love life into something my friends wanted to be a part of. We all have a confession we need to let go of, here’s your safe space to do so.

Open Letter

Are you ready for a challenge? Cool. You know that person/thing that you can’t stop thinking about but won’t dare say it out loud? We’re writing letters to those people/problems and releasing them. If you’re just writing to meet someone/to a pen pal, I’ve got you covered, blind date style. While we’re all adults and capable of speaking up, this is for the people like me that get anxiety expressing emotions. We deserve to get some things off or our chest too, even if they are written in code. Just like any other game, there are a few rules and a few ways to play. Get ready to take notes, and let the Universe work it’s magic.

Game Rules:

These rules apply to people writing to a specific person/thing

  1. No Names (keep it secret)
  2. Write in their favorite color (If you don’t know, guess)
  3. Write hints that only they would guess
  4. Be genuine
  5. 1 Page only (write small if you need to)
  6. Don’t ask, don’t tell
  7. Upload your letter to your story & Tag @TheKltrd & #OpenLetterChallenge or send them to me (@Richie.Dinero) and I’ll post anonymously

These rules apply to someone in search of a partner/penpal

  1. No Names
  2. Write in a color you like
  3. Write about yourself (NO DESCRIPTIONS)
  4. Describe your ideal partner
  5. Write the area/town you live in
  6. 1 page only ( can be as long or short as you want)
  7. Upload your letter to your story & Tag @TheKltrd & #OpenLetterChallenge or send them to me (@Richie.Dinero) and I’ll post anonymously

Remember, this is all fun and games, unless you want things to get serious. Your person may figure things out and want you back. If not, I have a list of sad love movies you can watch while eating ice cream. I’ll be posting my favorite letters (anonymously) the week of Valentine’s Day. May the odds be ever in your favor.
